Q: What is check-in/check-out time?
A: Check-in 3pm/Check-out 12pm.

Q: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms? 
A: No, we are a non-smoking hotel. 

Q: How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
A: High speed internet access is complimentary.

Q: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equiptment does it have? What are the hours? 
A: Yes, the fitness center is located on the second floor. 

Q: Do you have a business center?
A: Yes, the business center is located on the third floor. The business center requires a credit card as payment.

Q: Do you have a pool?
A: No, however the concierge staff can assist with locating a nearby facility. 

Q: How do I get to the hotel?
A: Directions can be found on our Maps & Directions page.

Q: Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
A: No, however our concierge is happy to assist with any transportation needs. Taxis are also readily available at the airport and average cost from Logan Airport to the hotel is approximately $25-$30.

Q: What are your cross streets?
A: State Street and Court Street.

Q: Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
A: Yes, valet parking for an additional $42 per night with unlimited in and out privileges.

Q: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
A: There is a $30, plus tax, charge for all rollaways. Cribs and playards are available at no charge. All room types will accommodate the additional sleeping arrangements, however, it is against Boston fire-code to place a rollaway bed in a room equipped with two queen sized beds.

Q: What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
A: 21 years old

Q: What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
A: If booked directly through the Hotel, we have a 24 Hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 6pm Eastern Standard time the day prior to arrival to avoid penalty. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.

Q: Is my ID/passport required at check in?
A: Yes, a valid government issued picture ID is required for Hotel Check-in.

Q: What age do kids stay for free?
A: Kids 17 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.

Q: Do you have connecting rooms?
A: Yes, however, not traditional connecting rooms. The rooms we label as connecting do so through an outside door which will shut, and the two adjacent room doors will be propped open and connected by a small hallway.

Q: Do you have accessible rooms?
A: Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower.

Q: Do you have an early departure fee?
A: Yes, if the departure date is changed to an earlier date after check-in, one night's room rate and tax will apply.

Q: I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
A: Please contact the Hotel Accounting Department for assistance.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
A: A valid credit card is required to check in to the hotel, but guests may use cash or credit card at check-out to settle their bill.

Q: Does the hotel require a deposit for incidentals?
A: Yes, the hotel requires a $75.00 Authorization per night.

Q: How can the incidental deposit be made?
A: This deposit can be placed on your credit or debit card. We do not accept cash for incidental deposits.
 
Q: How much money does the hotel authorize on my debit or credit card at check in?
A: At check in we authorize your entire stays room and tax plus an incidental deposit.

Q: I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
A: Please contact the concierge desk to organize a personalized amenity.
